This unusual honey pot is in the shape of a Bengal hut which stands on a stepped ebonised base. The first pediment of the base has silver plaques representing rural Bengal. The Honey Pot is on a rush mat which rests on a bamboo platform supported by four brick pillars. The cover of the pot has been made as a thatched roof on top of which sits an owl.
